2. Use License & Services

Sumly is a SaaS platform that provides AI-generated personalized podcast summaries and notes.

Subscription & Ownership:
Sumly operates on a subscription-based model. By subscribing, users gain access to our platform to receive personalized content tailored to their psychological and psychosocial profiles. You are granted a license to use the generated summaries for personal knowledge and educational purposes. You do not acquire ownership of the underlying software or algorithms. You may not resell, redistribute, or exploit the services or the generated content for commercial purposes without explicit permission.

Trial & Refunds:
We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the trial period ends to avoid being charged. Once the paid subscription begins, you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing; however, refunds for partial months are generally not provided unless required by law.

3. User Data Collection

To provide our personalized services, we collect the following user data:

Payment information (processed securely via Stripe)

Personalized profile data (including preferences, learning styles, and context provided during onboarding)
